Fermented with a splash of stems and aged 22 months in barrel, the 2021 Syrah reveals a fabulous perfume of cured meats, leather, game, and spicy dark fruits. It's medium to full-bodied, has a rounded, mouth-filling texture, beautiful tannins, and a great finish. This is impeccably made, and the stems are also perfectly integrated into the wine. It's drinking beautifully today, yet there's no reason it shouldn't evolve for a decade.
